I would love this product IF it didn't break within a year. I had originally bought one and it broke before a year and I like it so much I wanted to give it another try. My newest one just gave in as well. I just looked at my order history and it was bought on July 22, 2016. Come on man! My previous crock pot was my mothers who had it for 20 years and then I had it for ten. Was not even broken, just wanted to upgrade to programmable. One time, ok, it happens. 2 times to the same person. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. This first just plain stopped, this one will not do anything but blink SEL and there does not seem to be a reset.
