I have worked with many erythritol products in my recipes. The sweetening level was similar for each. This products had hardly any sweetening effect unless I used 2 to 3 times more than the recipe called for. As with many sugar alcohols, too much can upset the digestive tract. This too has been a problem because of the excessive amount needed. I will not reorder this product.
