I was so excited to find this for my husband who makes iced tea every day. First, here are the reasons it got 1 star: The look of it is nice and the fact that they add a cleaning brush due to the narrow opening is nice. Here is why I would give it no stars.: 4th time using it, filling it with ice, it cracked all the way up and the bottom fell out. Imagine the ice and glass mess we ended up with. Very disappointing for a product that specifically is made for the extreme temperatures of ice or heat. Update: I have received numerous emails from the company asking me to remove my comment. They offered a refund or replacement, but only after I remove my comment.
