This grinder seems to work fine and it is very quiet.
After registering the device for the lifetime warranty, the seller asks for a 5-star review and offers a $10 Amazon gift card for a review. Such practices renders a review process useless and should be suppressed by Amazon. This is the reason I am only giving the device a 1-star review.
