I hestiate to give a product only 1 star. But if I can't sync my playlists after multiple tries/reatarts/work arounds then the device is completely useless. This should be good to go soon after getting it out of the box and syncing up with the app. Super expensive tiny piece of plastic. I regret the purchase and looks like I will have to wait until after the weekend and maybe holiday as well for any customer service response. I think if this were like 25 bucks I wouldn't be so upset. But spending almost 100 for this little thing? Yeah, I'm pretty upset. Wouldn't recommend unless they can come up with a prompt resolution.
