I purchased this in late February last year. The first while it worked fine like any other bluetooth dongle around this price range. Bonus points because it could connect two devices at once. Now, the dongle has started to drop connections to devices shortly after they connect. When I went to contact Asus support, I was surprised at ASUS's complicated return process for an inexpensive device I could purchase from a number of other venders. Their phone support is a joke. The call was 28 minutes long, and on top of that they want me to "carefully" package the dongle, and pay for return shipping for a $15 device. I've purchased a lot of ASUS products over the last twenty years and after this experience I think it'll be my last. Go with a manufacture that will opt to take care of it's customer rather than make it inordinately difficult to get a replacement. Resubmitting this review because Amazon rejects bad reviews for major companies. I think its important for people to know there are plenty of other dongles out there made by manufactures that will give decent RMA support.
