My phone was defective when it arrived - it wouldn't read any SIM cards. I returned it and they refuse to exchange it. They claim that I flashed it and lost the IMEI#. I did none of that. I returned it exactly as I got it, with one exception: I left the USB cable at home. Since I didn't want to go back home to get it, I expected to get charged for a new one. But they made stuff up about me flashing it to get out of exchanging the defective phone. If you get this phone, DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPEBEST. Get it somewhere else. I got scammed for more than $700 and have nothing to show for it. Watch out for this fraudulent seller. I've already made a claim with Amazon, but haven't heard back yet. Edit: Finally got a refund, but I got hit with a $300 restocking fee. Contacted Amazon again, and they fixed it. I now have the full refund. Very happy with Amazon's customer service, but never again will I buy from Shopebest.
