This replaces the last Cuisinart DCC-1100BK that we owned for over four years. We LOVED it! After receiving a replacement for the "Amazon Football" I received, we have had a leaking problem! The leak is from the Water Level Indicator Window. I can watch it drip - VERY POOR QUALITY! I am surprised with feedback I have read on the same subject Cuisinart has not fixed this problem... they must have to unload all the defective merchandise first! ** Update 09/20 ** Well, past Amazon doing anything - and Cuisinart wants over $20.00 to send back the defective one and ship a replacement! Like Hell!! Damn thing is less than two months old! Just goes to show that Warranties aren't worth a damn. NEVER AGAIN CUISINART!
