My 16 pound Boston Terrier has been wearing this harness for the past five months and I loved it! It looked more comfortable, fit well, and the hardware was much lighter than similar type harnesses. She is a puller when we walk so I was happy with this purchase as she wasn't able to choke herself with this harness. The problem happened when I clipped her onto her lead last night so she could go outside for a bit. Good thing I stood at the door to watch her and didn't walk away. She saw an animal in the backyard and ran after it. The harness ripped apart at the seams and she got loose. Thank goodness I was able to catch her before she caught that animal or ran into the road. I never write poor reviews, but I just wanted to warn anyone who has a dog that is a puller/runner that this harness may not be the best choice. EDIT: I contacted Gooby via email concerning this issue and their customer service was amazing. They were extremely apologetic. After talking with my husband about my dog's personality they suggested we try one of their harnesses that are designed specifically for dogs that pull. They sent us their newest model to try. So many companies today have poor customer service. I was very impressed with how much this company cared about our satisfaction. Afyer inspecting the new harness, we have decided to give this brand a second chance.
