This is the second time we have purchased this product from Amazon, and the second time it has failed. Unfortunately we are beyond the warranty. We purchased it in June and cannot return it in August. The primary failure both times is that it does not pivot when chopping. We purchased one several years ago that lasted multiple years. It’s unfortunate that this product is a bad replica of our original purchase
