Was delivered damaged and can’t get the company to replace the part. Will update review as situation progresses. So far very unhappy with Zinus UPDATE- after a week and a half of emailing them and our daughter not able to sleep in her bed, they finally told us to return the entire thing to Amazon and buy again, replacing the bent metal piece. No thank you. We will be returning it and NOT repurchasing. Natalie was zero help. Zinus provided a damaged product and terrible customer service. We are very disappointed.
