Buyers Beware
This is my first negative review ever. I purchased a scooter directly from GoTrax.com. It only worked one weekend. We asked for an exchange on May 28th and have sent many emails since then. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails.
Update: It took 6 months to get my refund after filing with BBB.
