I was so excited when I received my lamp so that I could start saving a little money and do my own nails at home. The lamp worked great the 3 times that I used it and then on the 4 use the light stopped working. It was flickering no matter what I tried to do and then the plug sparked when you unplugged the power cord from the lamp itself. I sent a video of the flickering and sparking to SUNUV as requested and they just stopped emailing me. After a week with no response I emailed again asking for a solution. Finally two more days go by and they email me that they cannot help me and that I needed to reach out to Amazon. I chatted with Amazon they told me that I needed to reach out to SUNUV. Needless to say, I am very disappointed that this only worked for 3 uses and no one was willing to help with a replacement.
