Bought this phone from HTC directly the 1st day it was available. Ive always had HTC phones for the tough metal casing and great sound quality. THIS phone, however, is 100% GLASS! Front, Sides, Back, Top to bottom. After two days normal use and LOVING the sound quality, speed, battery life. It shattered while in my pocket while inside the factory case it came with. While doing normal daily life activity like walking and bending over. I was wearing loose fitting cargo shorts and it was in its own pocket. Also HTC refused to honor the Uh-Oh warranty that covers all their other phones EXCEPT this one. 650$ wasted and I'll never buy HTC again.
