ARRIVED BADLY DAMAGED RUINING THE EXPERIENCE
The bike arrived in a box that was dropped so many times, or so hard, the styrofoam in it protecting the parts was pulverized. There were parts damaged as a result. The number they have you call is sending out one, but not all of the broken parts---and was like "What do you want for $549.00?" I didn't want my experience ruined and a beat up machine with the heart rate monitor not working. That is what I wanted for $549.00.
