I watched videos by “regular people” and assumed this product actually worked. It doesn’t. Not only that, I started my refund request within the 21 days (which should be a clue), and their Customer Service took so long to review my automated request (which showed I was eligible for a return), they claimed I was no longer eligible. I find that questionable business practices. I don’t return items often, especially when I have to pay to return it. But, this produces zero curl. I followed all their tips, and it still didn’t work. My hair is hard to curl, but this wand was supposed to be the answer. It wasn’t.
