A precipitous drop in quality.
Bought one of these a year-and-a-half ago, was perfect. Five star rating.
Recently purchased one for a relative, found their quality to seriously be wanting. First unit had a broken fan mount. Second unit burned out its switch in under two weeks.
That's two dead units, I'm not about to try a third time.
