I just got mine today after much anticipation. Terribly disappointed! Here are my reasons: it is funky to handle on bare floors which is what I bought it for. The swivel idea is cool, but it makes the unit very unstable. It does not pick up dog kibble, cheerios or other semi large stuff on the floor. It will not pick up anything within an inch of my base boards (this is actually why I gave it only one star. All along my baseboards about an inch out there were still particles and dust on the floor). There is definitely not enough suction. You have to go over the same spots over and over which is frustrating and time consuming. Id much rather just sweep! Bottom line-if you have pets or kids I would not recommend this product and will be returning mine.
