I spent over $2000 on gift cards for my friends and relatives. Already, one of them has told me that the gift card was not activated. Then when they reached out to amazon, the amazon response was to suggest that I had received extra gift cards and given them out. Not the case at all. They screwed up and entered the wrong serial number. Now my neice was embarrassed at a store and unable to purchase her items and I look like a thief who tried to give a stolen gift card. Thanks a lot Amazon. You have lost all of my personal gift card business-- and all of my company's gift card business which totalled another $5000 this year. I would have liked an apology but all I got was 26 minutes of some foreigner on the phone telling me that the best she could do was update the card in the next 48 hours to work. Seems like that was the least she could do!!!
