As you gaze expectantly at your just received chocolate collagen from Primal, be ready to see upon opening (spoiler alert) a container only 1/2 full! You’ll be wondering if someone got to your stash before you! Yes, I know the story about product settling and all that, but this is nuts. It’s half full. Not only a waste of plastic packaging, but a marketing subterfuge. We think we’re getting X, but what comes to our door is x. It’s too bad Mark is so into solid nutrition that he disregards planet and customer value. Which it’s not when it costs $1.25 to cream my coffee w/ a 1 scoop serving. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.
