If you're looking for an Asian cookbook, this is not for you.
I was looking for a good Asian cookbook chock full of authentic recipes. This is a bunch of fusion fluff. "Herb crusted pig knuckle, pan seared in rendered unicorn fat" kind of stuff. There's also what appeared to be a lot of stories to read. I did not wish to buy a storybook. I flipped through it the first day I got it, put in on the cookbook shelf and doubt I will ever open it again. Very disappointing.
