Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I made the decision to purchase this safety bar based on the item description as well as the product installation videos. Current reviews were all 5 star. I only chose this one because it was labelled as Amazon's Choice. Plus, the video demonstrates the SecureMount hardware for a hollow wall. Just what I needed - so I purchased two sets. Safety bars will be great, but what about the hollow wall mounting hardware? Who knows?! Evidently, that is not included. No where did it mention that the hardware shown was not included in purchase. Nor was it displayed as an add-on purchase in the frequently bought together options. When filling out Amazon's online customer service form it resulted with "Sorry to hear this. Contact the manufacturer." Really? The fulfillment of this product states it is bought and shipped from Amazon.com. So, no, I will not be contacting the manufacturer and yes, I am totally disappointed with Amazon and their less than truthful product description.
