I recently started takin b complex a few months ago, starting with another brand, that per the labeling is far less potent than this product, and was amazed by the results. Figuring if the product I was taking was good than this stuff would be amazing..... Turns out I was completely wrong. Took a little while to figure out why my new found energy and alertness had waned. OnceI started zeroing on it being the b complex I had switched to, I began experimenting with the Dosing. What found was, though per the label this should be a least twice the strength of what I started with, however I had to take four times the amount to reach a visible amount of secretion. The final straw was ordering a bottle of what I started with and switching back. Fast forward a bit and my suspicions seem to been confirmed. The difference was so night and day I promptly threw away the remainder of this product.
