Fabulous mopping system, but..... I received a email from Amazon asking if I could help with a question about why the spray no longer came out. I went into my longest detailed explanation about how to work the mop, this morning I went to mop my floors and my spray wouldn’t come out either. Already alerted that this must be an inherent problem with the mop, I went straight to the Rubbermaid website and the mop now has a 2.0 out five rating with two common known issues. The spray stops working unless you run water through the line after each cleaning and the buttons are prone to breaking. They require you to take a picture of your mop, and they send you a new mop! No questions asked. I explained that there were no instructions about running water through the lines and they explained that, this is the reason why they are replacing the mop.
