Purchased this Destiny The Collection - PlayStation 4 Standard Edition as a Christmas gift. The package contains a DVD with Destiny and a paper with an activation code for the expansion packs and The Taken King and Rise of Iron which must be downloaded. The paper says the code is valid 9/20/2016-9/20/2018. After the recipient downloaded the DLC content and entered the activation code he got an error message saying that the code either had expired or is not yet valid. He called Sony/PlayStation where a human being told him the code expired in 2017 and he should contact Actavision. Neither Activision nor Bungie has a publicly available Customer Service e-mail or telephone number. I found a Destiny FAQ on Actavision's website that says to contact the retailer for support for assistance with code issues. The retailer (DealTavern) has no publicly available Customer Service e-mail or telephone number. I message sent via Amazon to DealTavern has not been answered in 10 days. The recipient of the gift left a message on Bungie's help forum seeking assistance. That message also has not been answered. The 13 year-old recipient of this game is extremely frustrated that he is not able to access 80% of the game he received for Christmas and nobody associated with the production/sale of the product seems to care about customer satisfaction. FAIL.
