I purposely waited to write a review until I'd thoroughly evaluated this product and that of a competitor. The Nicotinamide Riboside from Niagen was of little to no help for me. Out of courtesy, I won't mention the name but a competing product that's not even NR and costs way less is doing a much better job by giving me much more energy. It's made me realize that the Niagen product, for me at least, is a total waste of money. It's amazing to me that a product can be so expensive and yet so ineffective.
