Wasn't hard to install. When I installed it it seemed to be backwards when calling for heat it was cooling and when cooling it was heating during the install test. Called tech support and got a live person. They're there 24 hours a day and I got my problem solved quickly. Just had to go back into setup and changed from O to B operation. So far I'm loving it. Update : Finally had a need to use the unit last night. I set the heat to come on at 65°. I woke up this morning and the temperature in the house was 75° and the heater was still running. So sometime during the night it called for the heater to turn on and it never shut it off once it reached temperature. I reset the unit and went through setup again and no change. Called tech support and the wait was 10 minutes and I opted for a call back when it was my turn. Well it has now been 1.5 hours and I'm still wating on a callback. I went ahead and reinstalled my Honeywell RTH7500 and it works the heat and AC like it is suppose too. So it is not my FET like they're troubleshooting says. I guess now if I don't get a callback soon I'm sending the unti back for a refund. For the cost of this NEST it should operate without any problem. Tech support never did return my call. So I boxed it up and sent it back to Amazon for a refund.
