Air them out. Like a new memory foam matress... these don't need to give anyone a headache so plan ahead. Wearing them over clothing will keep you liking these. Wearing them on bare skin leaves imprint marks like tight ankle socks and rub marks from the stiff velcro. Not cute if you're headed out on a date after your workout. Good photography makes them look like "an accessory" on the model. If you're under 5'5 then they wont look the same on you. They're too big to be mistaken for a bangle bracelet. That's where I thought the price was worth it based on the pictures... Now that I own them, I see that I fell for the marketing. If you really want to spend 45 on these for a "look," no one can stop you.....but since they look like weights I encourage you to compare other choices.
