This game WOULD be cute if the developers weren't sneaky and dishonest.
If you have kids and a credit card attached to your kindle (or whatever device you're using), you'd be wise to pass this app up. Here's why.
I downloaded this because I thought it'd be fun for my 8 year old nephew. After I found all the elephants in the first round (I was testing it), it said "Why is the sky blue?" then had a big bright blue button that said "Click here for the answer!" So I clicked, and it directed me towards the paid version of this app, which is 2 dollars.
Let me just say I have no problem with apps that cost money, but be upfront about it, dont try to trick kids into buying it, which is exactly what they're doing. An unattended child on this app will just click away and buy the paid version without even realizing what they're doing, and the developers know this (why else would they lay it out this way?).
I understand that it's "only 2 dollars", but if all the apps directed towards children pulled this sneaky move, kids could "only 2 dollars" their parents right into the poor house.
If they wanted money for this app they should've just made it a paid app to begin with, not pretend it's going to be free then lure kids into clicking for an answer and paying 2 dollars to get it. To make it worse, if the child doesn't click the first time, they hit them with a different question at the end of every round, and direct them right back to the same place - to buy the app.
Sneaky, dishonest, and shameful.
