I have to say, I am so disappointed in the quality of this product. When it arrived I noticed the front of the press was not as high as the back of the plate (shown in picture). It wasn't a major issue, but as use continued, the slope got worse, to the point that it moved the item and to be pressed. Around my 150th shirt to go through the machine, the river holding the handle in place popped off. When this happened the shirt I was pressing was trapped inside, which ruined it as well. I attempted to contact the seller for a solution, was offered a $10 refund on this $240 item. Told seller I did not feel that was acceptable considering this was a quality issue on their end. I was met with a rude reply including them telling me I was unreasonable. Update 7/3: Seller told me they would ship a replacement handle on 6/5. Followed up 6/25 and handle had not yet been sent. They have since sent me 2 invalid tracking numbers for said handle.
