Does not congeal at cold temperatures
This broth does not congeal when refrigerated, so it does not have the collagen I desire in bone broth. It has no added salt, so I pour it in a cup and add Himilayan salt to enhance the (otherwise very plain) flavor. Once the salt is added, it has a very nice taste. I will not be purchasing again due to the lack of collagen.
