I have bought this product since 2008, and for the most part I was really satisfied with it. In the last few years however, I have begun to experience a great many issues. On most occasions, when I open the product and attempt to download transactions I rarely get through without and error and spend countless time trying to get the accounts back in order. Most often having to either reset or remove an readd the accounts. I began having this issue with 2015 and it carried through into the 2016 software. Here I am today, thinking I would give them one more chance and the same issues occured. Only this time I cannot add the accounts back as they state they are not recieving enough information from the provider. After multiple attempts and validations, restarts on the computer I can reconcile all but three of my accounts. It is absolutely horrendous that this company cannot do better. I even hoped that new ownership would make all the difference and it did not. They have not added any real features and the software's performance is reduces. I would give it zero stars if I could.
