About 5 months ago i purchased this dehydrator and loved it , however after only 5 months it stopped working. although i understand things break early occasionally , i was horrified about their return policy. after i told them i bought it on amazon their attitude changed and they got nasty and tried to make me jump through hoops to return their defective product ! i will not buy anything from nesco again and amazon should demand better treatment of their customers or drop their products!!!
