I was just sitting in the chair, not moving, and the chair back just broke and harshly dumped me backwards onto my head and neck. Head slammed to floor, neck bent harshly. I could have been seriously injured! The entirety of my body weight was on my neck for a time until I could get out of the chair. My neck hurts now. I looked at the chair after the fall and some of the nuts and screws are loose. I only got this thing 24 hours ago! In the pictures you can see that the chair broke and fell backwards. I am well under the weight limit for this chair. This chair is GARBAGE, cheap foreign made GARBAGE! I e-mailed the company they didn't respond for weeks. When they did they said they were glad I "wasn't injured", after I told them it dumped me on my HEAD AND NECK. Confirmation they don't understand, and don't care for your safety. Other criticals: * The included cupholder is too shallow, the slightest wiggle will send your drink cup spilling over and ruining your phone - very poor design, needs to be a deeper pocket. * One of the plastic moulding pieces on the moveable swing portion came loose. Popped it back on but a few days later it just flat out broke. Returning this junk anyway. * The included headrest fell off all the time. * The system to lock the chair angle into place while reclining does not work AT ALL. Nor are any clear instructions included. After much experimentation, the knobs to 'lock' the chair are more like a 'serving suggestion', than an actual reality. Feel free to buy this chair because it's $40, but it's foreign made garbage. Too many will buy this chair and leave a favorable review just because a free folding side table is included. Selling out for more garbage. I wanted this chair so much to work out for me, but it injured me, and nearly SERIOUSLY injured me, then the company showed it didn't even care enough to try to fix things for others, so I'm updating my review. Caveat emptor, others are leaving high reviews just to get "free stuff". Their gain is your loss.
