UPDATE: the wobbly bar has broken, rendering the whole thing useless. We've had it only four months. The bar is held in place by the legs of the trampoline, which screw in. The threads on those legs are completely stripped, so the bar can't be held in and the trampoline routinely collapses. Waste of money! My toddler likes this trampoline a lot. It's essential in the cold winter months so he can burn off some energy. But, unfortunately, the bar on this one is a little wobbly and unstable. Otherwise it would be a five star review.
