Very poor quality control
Very poor quality control. The slack side of the chain impinges on part of the housing, intermittingly locking up and preventing free turning. The cause is either too much slack in the chain or the designer didn’t allow for such slack and didn’t design in enough clearance. Other reviews confirm the same problem. The smallest print on their web site says “designed in USA and manufactured in China”. The design is a great idea but management oversight of their imported product is severely lacking. The smaller sizes are definitely not a “Pro tool” as indicated in their marketing. Pros expect quality. The picture shows the problem area circled in red. The red lines show the drive side and slack side of the chain.
