CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE!
This is a preliminary review, based on my out-of-the-box experience. I ordered this on October 4th, and received it on October 6th. It had a date on it of October 29!
My first thought, a very brief one, was that this couldn't possibly be the expiration date... it had to be a lot date or something. But it couldn't be, because it was a future date. I called the toll-free number on the box for the manufacturer and confirmed that, yes, this was the expiration date. So apparently I am expected to use 192 creamers in the next two weeks! Who do they think I am, Waffle House?
Anyway, I immediately contacted Amazon for replacement. Let's hope the next box is a little more generous with the consumption interval.
UPDATE: I received the replacement, and it is a little more generous with the consumption interval. But not much more. I received the replacement on October 10th, and the expiration date is November 25, 2017. That's all of six weeks to use 192 little cups of half & half. I don't know how long these have been sitting in the warehouse, but it's long enough for me to not recommend this item to anyone except for food service applications.
FINAL UPDATE: My Darling Bride, who had become fond of her half & half cups, asked me to try it one more time. I ordered a box in late January 2018 and received a box with an expiration date of March 21st. By March 10th, though, we were getting curded creamer in the coffee! These K-cup pods run about 70¢ each, so I ended up trashing the box on March 15th - a week before the expiration date. NEVER AGAIN.
