Product is indeed a fake like what previous reviewers have mentioned - the SERTA logo is no where on the packaging OR on the chair itself. This is a chinese made product with no brand association. Although, I would like to be fair, the comfort is not the worse, it is pretty tall. The materials seems okay, but I've on;y sat in it for 5 minutes. Will provide future update review on chair. UPDATE****** After sitting on this chair for 5 months It is not comfortable at all. My back starts to hurt after sitting in it for an hour, I’m constantly leaving the chair to rest on my bed. It is also not breathable at all, I find myself sweating a lot more than I should given that in these 5 month it’s been winter and spring, so I can only imagine what it will be like for the summer. I will be throwing this chair out. Would not give it away to someone to put them through the agony this chair will bring.
