I am SO sad about this experience! I just got this out of the package and immediately filed a return when I saw there was a very minor scratch on the face of the watch. Hardly noticeable but I would rather return to exchange for a different one. Then when I am packing it back up the strap RIPS when I am taking it apart. I didn’t even use it once!!! I am so frustrated because the fine print says they can reject your return or they could charge you a restocking fee up to half the cost of the item . :( so now I can’t take chance that they won’t accept and I’m out hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned I will not buy refurbished again as tempting as it is!
