Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I'm pretty sure the one I received is a fake. It has the exact same body design but the colors of the face plate are different and the brand name Kendal is not printed on the item or the box. Item number printed on the item box is also different than the item number provided in the Amazon listing. Given that prior reviewers seem to either love or hate the unit, my guess is that some customers are receiving legit items and others are receiving knock-offs. Not going to even waste my energy to unwrap and try the item. It's going back asap.
