Not her best
Karin Slaughter is one of my favorite authors but this book is truly awful..The first chapter is gruesome but well written ..The 2nd chapter is mostly people putting on & taking off their covid masks & adds nothing to anything & so is the next one..Why that is necessary is not clear since it adds nothing to the story except word count..The next chapter is the same thing..I did not read the 4th chapter..Maybe it gets better but its not worth the time to find out.
