I've bought these slippers in the past, and they were so comfy, I wore them until they were falling apart. I happily ordered another pair in the same color and size (black, XXL) for my size 11 feet, and they are way too small this time! The sole isn't even as big as my foot, so the satin pinches at both my toes, and worse, the elastic at the back of the slipper leaves a painful purple mark across my achilles tendon. They are way too tight and uncomfortable- not at all what I want from a slipper. In blind trust, I had already thrown the packaging and tags away, assuming they would fit perfectly like last time, so I can't return them. What a waste of time and money. I'm exceptionally disappointed.
