o.k. - I get it. The more books sold, the better for the writer, publisher and seller, Not so much the printer, since e-books don't get much of that. I commented on "I, Michael Bennet" being a half book, serial, or just a rip off, because it left the (paying) customer hanging for the next episode. Guess What? The Hit follows the same lameline. I used to love Amazon for my inability to defer gratification. Now, I just feel like a chump. So Baldacci & Patterson are now both Library reads only. I refuse to be a sucker, and that's what this crew is doing to the formerly faithful reading public.
