Unscrewed top and first thing i noticed was an extremely small wick that appeared much too sparse. Loaded it up with Zippo fluid. When i tried to reinsert match discovered the opening is keyed. Took forever to get the match reinserted. Waited a few minutes to let wick soak up fluid. when i tried to light it took a dozen strikes to get it too light. let it burn for 10 seconds. Tried to reinsert it took even longer to get it back in. Attempting 2nd strike it would not light (getting a spark, match head would not light). Loaded more fluid, still no go. This product just does not work. Update: Purchased a set of 5, the next 4 were gifts. The 2nd one worked flawlessly, the third worked sometimes (took multiple strikings to work), the 4th light after 2 strikes and then the wick burned completely up, the 5th would not light. based upon this experience my original rating and recommendation still stands; stay away from this product.
