Awful. Used twice on same day it arrived because I bought too much ground beef. I absolutely cooled the pans after unloading the meatloaf and used NO utensils at all. It was NOT scratched. Then soaked in warm water and Dawn 1 hour to dislodge the burnt on remains of ketchup and brown sugar. Noticed the bottom pan had discoloration as I cleaned with my normal plastic bristle brush. After 2nd use the bottom pan flaked off at least 10% of the coating of the outside channel. After a quick soak the exposed areas were RUSTED. I TOSSED IT IN THE TRASH BIN.
