I used one bottle first and about 30min later slowly poured boiled water, and water stayed like before. So I followed the instruction written on the bottle. Used second bottle and let it stay overnight. In the late morning of today, I used boiled water(hottest) and water didn't move at all. So I used pump again (I already tried pumping before I purchased this clog remover) and dirty things came out from the sink, and right now (5 hours after I tried whole thing) water didn't move at all!! Became much worse than I poured these bottles first time! Water was slowly drained before I use this product, but now it's not moving at all. I never wrote a singe review on amazon before, but this product made me to do it. Super frustrated.
