I ordered two poufs. They arrived quickly, and felt heavier than you would expect them to be, so I thought they were of good quality... Unfortunately, these poufs started leaking foam balls within 2 weeks of owning them. I probably sat on them twice, so this is the most delicate bean bag you'll ever come across. I immeditely tried to return it. After I lugged them to UPS, amazon will not allow a "drop off" return for this. Meaning you NEED to keep your original packaging for these giant poufs or you will end up spending $40 on a giant UPS cardboard box to ship a busted pouf worth $60 to begin with. Total waste of my time and money! Im down $40 and my dog keeps finding these freaking foam balls in the carpet. Would not reccomend.
