I absolutely loved this mirror while it worked, however after buying one it broke and the light no longer worked. I contacted conair and no one responded to my e mail. Since I loved the mirror so much I figured maybe it was just one bad mirror and I bought another one. So a few months goes by and then the same scenario all over again. Both times the lamp stopped working! Whatever you do, do not but this! It is a total rip off!
