I was super excited to try this out but ended up very disappointed 😞 The hula hoop was easy to assemble but unfortunately the first time I used it after about the 5th or 6th revolution one of the pieces on the weighted ball broke and the ball went flying across Mt living room and slammed into our back patio door! Thankfully even though it hit the glass in the door it didn't break it!! I requested a refund and the seller responded quickly and apologized, they said each batch usually has a faulty one and they would send me a replacement right away, which I hadn't requested but thought oh well I'll give it another try... I just received the replacement and a refund so as far as customerservice they are excellentand reallyseem to care about their customers!! I will definitely update my review after trying the new out!! Definitely trying it outside this time though!
