Offline viewing doesn't work with this app unless you have a connection, making the app totally useless to us. We only watch stuff on tablets when traveling. We download shows to watch in the car, which will work for a show or two, but then the app needs to do a check-in online to continue allowing offline viewing, which totally defeats the purpose of offline viewing and makes for a frustratingly useless app we would like to be able to us on multi-hour trips. Online searches have shown we aren't the only people dealing with this. Why does Disney have such a terrible setup for this when Netflix, Amazon, Movies Anywhere, Vudu, etc., have had it figured out for years? We can, of course, watch Disney+ just fine if we have a connection, but I'm not rating the service, just the app itself, which is a terrible app if you want to use it on the go.
